Governing Body

This is the highest body where all policy decisions are taken. The Governing Body meets periodically, takes all the policy decisions including administrative & financial and guides the activities and development of the Institute. The minutes of the meeting are not for public display since its circulation is restricted to the members and many decisions are confidential in nature. Members of Governing body have a fixed tenure of three years. Present constitution (2017-18) of the GB members is as under :

General Body

As per MOU of the Institute is registered under the Societies Act, the General Body of the Institute shall do all such acts as may be necessary for effectively carrying out of the aim and objectives of the society (NIRM). The General Body shall lay down broad general policy for the guidance and implementation by the Governing Body. The General Body would pass the annual accounts, consider the performance of the society and transact any other business as may be necessary, subject to the approval of government, the General Body shall have powers to frame, amend or repeal rules and regulations of the society.
